บริการและการบำรุงรักษา

Rental Service: High efficient concrete pump importing from the world leading manufacturer. The modern design is popular, requires simple maintenance, and fuel save. Offer high efficiency with Free Flow Hydraulic system. Low wear and tear, and maintenance cost.

Service and Maintenance: The service center for modifying, repairing, and maintaining electrical and hydraulic system, painting, installing machine such as concrete pump, plastering sprayer. Repairing job and spare parts are under warrantee with quality product and experienced and trannied expert and technician. Certified with ISO 9001.

Spare Parts: Distribute spare parts, steel pipe and rubber pipe to deliver concrete, hydraulic cylinder, rubber pipeline, plastering pump, rotor stator, electrical equipment, air compressor, water pump, tips, plastering gun, paint sprayer, spare parts and high quality construction machinery for concrete pump truck, plastering and paint sprayer.

Training Service: Service of training on the accurate use of construction machine as international standard according to profession standard of concrete pump operator, the use of plastering pump, paint sprayer, the precise maintenance of construction machine, installation and the use of placing boom.

ข้อกำหนดทั่วไปในการฉาบปูน

ขั้นตอนการทำงานและการทำความสะอาด

ก่อนทำการฉาบปูนจะต้องตั้งเฟี้ยมทำระดับ จับเหลี่ยม เสาคาน ขอบ คสล. ต่าง ๆ ให้เรียบร้อยได้แนวดิ่ง และแนวระดับ ผนังและฝ้าเพดานควรจะทำระดับไว้เป็นจุด ๆ ให้ทั่ว เพื่อให้การฉาบปูนรวดเร็ว และเรียบร้อยขึ้น โดยใช้ปูนซีเมนต์ผสมเสร็จสำหรับงานจับเซี้ยมโดยเฉพาะ หรือใช้ปูนฉาบรองพื้นผิวคอนกรีตภายหลัง ปูนที่จับเซี้ยมทำระดับเสร็จเรียบร้อย และแห้งดีแล้วให้ราดน้ำ หรือฉีดน้ำ ให้บริเวณที่จะฉาบปูนเปียกโดยทั่วกัน

สำหรับการทำความสะอาด ภายหลังเสร็จการฉาบปูนแต่ละวัน จะต้องทำความสะอาดปูนที่เปื้อนบนพื้นให้เรียบร้อย ปูนที่เปื้อนบนผนังที่ฉาบตกแต่งแล้ว จะต้องทิ้งให้แห้งเสียก่อน จึงขุดออกได้
